1. How long does a concrete fence last?

PERMALEE precast concrete fences are designed to last decades with little to no maintenance, far outlasting traditional wood fences.

2. Will my concrete fence crack over time?

Our fences are made with high-quality precast concrete, designed to withstand extreme weather conditions without significant cracking or deterioration.

3. Do I need a permit to install a concrete fence?

Permit requirements vary by location. We recommend checking with your local zoning office before installation. Our team can provide guidance if needed.

4. How far inside my property line does the fence need to be installed?

Local codes require a minimum of 6 inches inside the property line. Always verify with local regulations before installation.

5. What if I have underground utilities where I want my fence?

Before installation, call 811 to mark underground utilities. It is the homeowner’s responsibility to ensure all utility lines are properly identified.
